All removals are covered by our goods in transit insurance, which protects your belongings while they are being handled and transported in our vehicles, up to agreed limits. We also hold public liability cover, which protects you and your property in the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team. We are happy to explain the key terms, limits and any exclusions when you book, and you are welcome to supplement our cover with your own insurance if you wish.
Our standard service includes the vehicle, fuel, a professional removals team, loading, safe transport and unloading at your new property. We also include basic protection such as blankets, straps and covers, and dismantling/reassembling of straightforward furniture where agreed in advance. Optional extras include full or partial packing, supply of boxes and materials, storage, and clearance of unwanted items that can be safely removed. Everything included will be clearly listed in your written quotation so there are no surprises.
A casual man-and-van may be fine for a few items, but a full house move needs more planning and protection. As a professional removals company, we provide surveys, written quotes, dedicated customer support, trained staff, the right-sized vehicles and full insurance. We protect furniture and properties, manage access, and work to an agreed schedule. This reduces the risk of damage, delays and extra costs, and usually results in a much smoother experience, particularly for families and larger properties.
We recommend booking as soon as you have a likely moving window, especially if you are moving on a Friday, at month-end or during school holidays when demand is highest in Wembley. Many customers book two to four weeks ahead, but we can often accommodate moves at shorter notice, particularly mid-week. If your completion date is not fixed, we can provisionally reserve a slot and confirm once your solicitors finalise the details, subject to our availability.
